Here’s what TRL board of trustees president Brian Mittge said in his list of “desired outcomes” for our public libraries:
“No rainbow and activist displays. Monthly celebrations aren’t uniting, they are dividing. Be beige, not rainbow.”
There is a TRL board meeting this Wednesday, 6/24, at 5:30pm at the library in Ocean Park. We will rally outside that meeting, starting at 5:00 PM, wearing our brightest colors and carrying signs.Wear your brightest colors and bring your most beautiful rainbow flags! We will see you on Wednesday!
